I write about this paradox: when inner life becomes a performance project.
And about another way of being in relation — simpler, more direct, more alive.
NatureLeaderTalk explores what nature can teach us about how we reconnect with ourselves, how we lead, collaborate, and engage with the world.
Through reflections and experiences in contact with the living, this project invites a more conscious, more sensitive, and more life-connected form of leadership.
Meditate
Choose a tree.
Stop for a few minutes near him.
Observe its posture, its roots, its branches.
To feel the stability he exudes.
Allow your breathing to synchronize with this moment.

The gentleness

How to reconnect to oneself
Sometimes, caught up in the rhythm of the world and the responsibilities we bear, we gradually drift away from ourselves.
Without necessarily realizing it, a form of contraction sets in: the body tenses, emotions are distanced, attention turns almost entirely outwards.
Returning to oneself does not mean withdrawing from the world.
It is more about finding an inner space where breathing calms down, where the body can be listened to again, where life flows with a little more gentleness.
The texts in this section explore different ways of finding this path again.

To step into your place
I don’t write to offer yet another method.
I write because something, in the way we speak about ourselves today, seems to be moving us further away from who we are.
No rules, no pressure. You explore at your own pace, according to your needs. Ready to try?

I am Sophie Trentesaux, a psychologist by training.
I explore the relationship between inner life, sensitivity to living things, and responsibility.
Nature Leader Talk is a space for those who seek to act in the world without cutting themselves off from their sensitivity or the wisdom of the body.
